I’ve been using this for several years with my Garmin watch. This app keeps me accountable and helps me see my consistency in my workouts. I love it because I can track my menstrual cycle on it as well.

This is a cool little app that tracks your runs or walks. I use it to see my route when taking a walk with my kids. It connects with my Bluetooth shoes!

I just started this app just this past week and I love how it tracks my workouts without even having to think about it. I like to use more than one Fitness app for different workouts but this one seems to have a lot of community.
