Onyx Storm (Standard Edition) (The Empyrean, 3)
This series is not as good as ACOTAR in my opinion, but it's still a good fantasy romance series. I fell in love with the MMC as one should in romantasy books. Great character arc for the FMC! And of course, some delicious (tho not often) spice.

I don't know exactly when I first read this book, but I do know I have read it once every few years since. It's a kids book, but the message is for everyone, and it's just so so good. BRB gonna go read it now.

To Kill a Mockingbird
My 8th grade english teacher really knew what he was doing as far as the required reading went. The movie is good, but the book is chefs kiss. I loved it then, I love it now. Must read.
Les Misérables: A Novel
There are a lot of differences between the book and the broadway show turned movie. So, remove my girl Ari from your mind and especially my girl Cynthia cause the book Elphaba is quite different. Such a good read though!
Wicked: Life and Times of the Wicked Witch
Self Help/Mental Health
This book validated all of my feelings that I thought were “inappropriate.” If you have an inner-critic that won't stop talking crap about you, I suggest you read this book!

This book definitely gives some tough love, but it is so good. If you are someone who never feels good enough, this book will help you heal, grow, and succeed! Remember though, the book can only give you the tools, you have to actively apply them!
