Every year in Texas we have a point in time that the weather can be unbearably hot. Here are some suggestions on what items I used to stay cool. I've lived in Texas over 25 years, trust me these items will help.
These fans work great with a tent to offer shade. Make sure you keep cold water in the tank.

These towels come in a variety of colors. I recommend using and then placing in a bag of ice for 5 mis after you cool down. Then reapplying! I love these towels.
