
As the oldest city west of the Blue Ridge Mountains- Winchester, VA is a small city in Northern Virginia. Located roughly an hour outside of DC, with a rich history Winchester remains a city proud of its historical roots, while embracing a dynamic future. It is recognized for it's yearly Apple Blossom festival, Shenandoah University, and being one of George's Washington's home locations. There are many must-do's if you happen to be near the area, or this would make a great weekend getaway.
