A good green tea, or fruit teas are great to have in the cupboard. I am a coffee drinker normally, so I like to have loose leaf tea so I can make it as strong as I like or weak.

I like to have tumeric, ginger and cinnamon black pepper always on hand. Add these together with some lemon juice and honey for an anti-inflammatory tea.
Cinnamon I add to many things, has so many benefits. Great on apples, in oatmeal.
