This carseat is my favorite. All 4 of my babies have used this car seat and it has been great to us. It also fits perfect with the Uppababy Vista and uses the same adapters as the bassinet for the stroller.
The rumble seat is the second seat you can add onto the stroller. I purchased this when I had my second baby and the rumble seat fit perfect on the lower part of the stroller when the carseat was attached to the upper part of the stroller.

Although this base comes with the mesa car seat. We bought another one for our other vehicle so we did not have to install the base ever time we switched vehicles.
This is absolutely my favorite fan. I take it everywhere we go in the spring and summer months. The fan is easy to adapt onto the stroller and has many different speed setting so you can choose which setting is best for your baby.
