I don’t always have it together (yes, I’ve shown up without my racquet), but these are the things I try to always have in my bag to stay fueled, hydrated, and ready to play.

Hydration and Supplements
I like this one because of the locking, rubberized lid — no accidental spills in my bag and tends to not break like the original lid. The stainless steel keeps drinks cold.
Stainless Steel Sport Blender Bottle
This is my all-time favorite hydration powder. I drink it daily. The electrolytes are high quality, there’s no added sugar, and the flavor is light and refreshing.
GHOST Lemon Crush Hydration Powder
Stuff happens, sometimes it's not the end of your game. This version is slightly stronger than the original but has a different adhesive formula that doesn't irritate my skin.
KT Tape Pro Oxygen™ - Kinesiology Tape with Celliant for Muscles
Replenishing carbs every 20 minutes makes a huge difference in performance, and these are an easy way to do it. They help you avoid a dip in athletic performance, and the caffeine boost helps you refocus during play.
🍬 Clif Bloks Energy Chews
Shoes
Great option for wider feet — the roomy toe box makes them comfortable right out of the box. They’re also durable.
👟 On Roger Clubhouse Women’s Shoes
I keep a pair in my bag to let my feet breathe after long matches and to help with recovery. Super comfortable and easy to slip on.
OOFOS OOriginal Sandals
Accessories
This hoodie is great for playing — it’s roomy in the shoulders so you can move freely, and it hits right at the hips for a slightly cropped fit. Definitely size down 1-2 sizes. I normally wear a medium and wear an XS in this (over-oversized) hoodie.
Nike Phoenix Fleece Over-Oversized Hoodie
I’m not an overgrip fan — most of them tear up my hands, and constantly replacing my leather grips gets expensive and takes time. These are the only overgrips I’ve ever tolerated. I love that they are not tacky. Plus, they come in fun colors.
V-Dry Grip 3 Packs
Great headbands. Keeps the hair and sweat out of my eyes. The nonslip design is fantastic and they hold their shape.
Nike Dri-FIT Fury Classic Headband
I actually like this one better than the Nike versions — it stretches well, holds its shape, and stays on my head better. The only downside is that it can be a little harder to find.
Adidas Alphaskin 3 Headband
These strings aren’t for everyone, but I love an aggressively shaped, stiff string. If that sounds like your style, these are worth trying — the spin potential is massive. For a slightly softer option check out Solstice Power.
🎾 Diadem Elite XT Tennis String
Sun Protection
They’re super affordable, so I don’t stress if they get tossed in my bag. They stay put on my face without bouncing, and if you get a frame with a pink-tinted lens, the yellow tennis ball really pops, making it easier to see.
🕶 Goodr Sunglasses Mach G
This is my go-to daily sunscreen! It’s super lightweight and honestly doesn’t feel like you’re wearing anything at all. No greasy residue, no heaviness — just smooth, clear protection that works perfectly under makeup or on its own. It’s the only thi...
Elta MD UV Clear
I like this one because it doesn’t melt in my bag, it's moisturizing, and it stays put when I’m playing — no sunscreen getting into my contacts. Super easy to swipe on and go.
Supergoop! Glow Stick SPF 50 Sunscreen and Highlighter
I've become a huge Goodr fan. I wear the larger Mach Gs because they fit my head better, but I have to admit I'm a little jealous of some of the color combinations in the original frames. If the standard size fits you, they're lightweight, comfortabl...
Goodr The OG Polarized Sunglasses
These officially belong to my husband...but somehow they end up in my tennis bag pretty often. They're lightweight, polarized, and the larger frame is great if standard sunglasses tend to feel too tight. Plus, this colorway is just fun.
