I came here for brunch and customer service stole the show.. the place is beautiful but the staff is even better, delicious cocktails and amazing food. I would definitely return for dinner.

Very trendy, a bit loud, but the foooooood!! Was so delicious. I had the crab claw scampi, the meatball, the Caesar salad with salmon, and nothing failed

Ever been to brunch and felt like you could stay there all day? That's the feeling Bistro 31 gives, it's gorgeous and has so many layers to it.. from the patio to the dinning room to the rooftop. The drinks were great and the food was even greater.
