Must dine in restaurant with spectacular views in downtown Anchorage. Located top floor of the Captain Cook Hotel. Tasty drinks, and quality dishes. Very aesthetic.

Hands down, the best Asian-fusion in the valley. They never disappoint, food is always fresh, greens always crisp!

Fancy Mexican fusion and tasty drinks. Good food! Date night, girl dates, aesthetic.
Chepo's
Great authentic Laotian food. I love their *Lao Chicken Stew* One of the best places to eat in the heart of Wasilla.
Cafe Khao Neow
Favorite lunch stop in the valley, on the edge of Wasilla, Big Lake, & Houston junction. Fresh food made with love! Best chicken fingers in town.

Great option for Mexican food in Wasilla, their alacart tacos are my go to.

A weekly stop for the best homemade ice cream in Alaska
Big Dipper Homemade Ice Cream
When I was sick, I ordered the Beef Pho a lot! The veggies were so fresh and crispy and the broth was hot and savory, it was perfect. They also have a generous and tasty mixed Tempura (sea-food and veg). Great option for a regular spot.

Some of the most delicious pastries! A must-try in Talkeetna.
Flying Squirrel Bakery Cafe
Sitka
A small but most stunning fish town, with pockets of good eats and drinks. The best seafood here is the one you catch yourself.
Hands down the best drinks in Sitka period! They use the most fresh daily squeezed ingredients, and fair *warning*, one drink will get you! They have delicious salads and pizzas too. Tell them Chi sent you.
