My meal plan
I Blend it in with my morning cup of black coffee (no sugar) to kick start my metabolism. It also makes me feel full.
1 teaspoon of Cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil blended to my morning cup of black coffee with no sugar to kick start my metabolism.

My first meal after 16 hours of intermittent fasting. High protein breakfast 2 eggs my favourite preference in bacon half an avocado with cottage cheese.

My snack for 2 to 3 servings: includes 2 tablespoons of yogurt with 2 tablespoons of rolled oats 1 tablespoon of flaxseed (grounded) with some blue berries (or any fruit of your choice) and 3 dates blended together. Prepared the night before.
