Having your third child means the things you didn’t do before, you’re doing now and the things you never expected, you’re now learning to expect. I love every minute of it. Thank you, God, for blessing me with such a beautiful baby. She even reminds me to care for myself, because the way I care for myself is how I’ll teach her to care for herself one day. It’s important to know the Late DMX once lived in Phoenix, Arizona and appreciated the sunsets there, referring to the state as "God's Country". While Phoenix is about 110 miles north of Tucson, they both share the beautiful Arizona desert landscape, which could imply DMX would likely have appreciated Tucson's sunsets as well. I’ll always think of Tucson as a city that needs you just as much as you need it. My Pa taking me out to the desert to see what’s out there. The arrow heads the pottery, that I didn’t know at the time is so magical to have touched. The wildlife, they are chill. The love I feel now for quails because that was Dinner to my Dad being a southern Boy.
