I used to lay bananas on top of everything else and they'd bruise in a day. A dedicated hook changed the whole situation, and now I can actually see the bunch ripening without digging around.

My old kitchen had maybe two feet of free counter space. A tiered stand gave me vertical storage without sacrificing room for the coffee maker, which, let's be honest, was never moving.

One summer I left peaches in a ceramic bowl and they rotted in two days from the trapped heat. Wire bowls let air circulate, and that single change added days to my fruit's life.

When counter space ran out completely, I looked up. Hanging baskets freed up a shocking amount of room and made the kitchen feel bigger overnight.

Not everything belongs on the counter. Berries and grapes need the fridge, but they need airflow too. These containers stopped me from opening a clamshell to find mold three days after buying.

Figuring out what's ripe used to be a guessing game. Now I use a few small tools that take the mystery out of it, so I stop cutting into rock-hard avocados or biting into mealy apples.

A fruit basket alone wasn't enough. My counter still looked chaotic until I added a few organizers around it. Now everything from bread to snacks has a spot, and the fruit actually stands out.
