If you know, you know. I can tell if I forget to take this every morning. Along with pumpkin seeds for it's partner zinc, this keeps my immune system humming.
MoxyVites Quercetin Bromelain 500mg 120 Caps
Great explanation for why you need quercetin with your zinc to boost your immune system.
Quercetin as a Zinc Ionophore
With 4 germ magnets in our home, I keep this stocked. The minute someone starts sneezing, I get ready. If you know it's a cold and start these right away, you can stop it in it's tracks. I don't travel without it.
Boiron ColdCalm Tablets - 60 Count, Non-Drowsy
I have had great success killing viruses with this. Anytime I feel run down or during flu season, I take a little everyday to boost my immune system. If I do catch something, I take it 3x daily. It's safe for kids too. Obviously, I'm just a mom so do...
HERBAMAMA Lomatium Root Tincture - Lung Support
I always keep this handy. Great for any upset stomach or nausea. Easy to swallow without the taste for those who don't like ginger.
Oregon's Wild Harvest Organic Ginger 1000mg
I love these drinks! They help me relax immediately. When I have over 40 hormonal (or kid induced) stress, I grab one for immediate calm. Plus, the flavors are great! It's great for the kids too. They really love the pineapple coconut.
Melting Forest D-Stress Sparkling Adaptogen 12-Pack
Learning
Great pack for teaching multiplication and division. The flash cards, pop it, and dice give you so many options for games to make learning fun. Something for every brain type.
Multiplication Flash Cards 3rd Grade 0-12
These are great PreK to 3rd. I have sliding glass doors and the kids are constantly moving the letters around to make new words. They can be washed and reused easily.
Whaline 52Pcs Alphabet Gel Clings ABC Stickers
Cute way to get that extra writing practice. My kids have too much work on the computer, so every chance to use their hands and brains differently is important.
Handwriting Practice Book for Kids 6-10
Great package of complete handwriting practice. With the disappearing ink, you can reuse it for years and multiple children.
CosyCorner Magical Handwriting Practice Set
Great beginner math manipulatives. I do wish they could break apart like Legos, but they are still a great resource for teaching many math concepts.
Base Ten Blocks Set - 121PCs Math Manipulative
Perfect for any kid and any project. Adjustable, clips to hold papers in place, stops to hold a tablet or laptop, and magnetic white board. Great way to keep your major surfaces clean while kids paint, color, etc.
