Most of these are the same colors, I try to stay mostly neutral with a few fun colors. I get pretty much everything in white and grey/black. My favorite color to wear right now is brown/cream so I will get a few items in those colors. For shirts, I also like to have one or two fun colors.
A white tank top is summer basic. I would suggest getting one as an underpiece and one to wear as the main shirt in summer.

White T-shirts can be layered or worn alone. Essentially killing two birds with one stone. I often wear this in the fall, replacing the tank top.

I like one pair of normal-colored, looser jeans with no rips. Little to no rips make them more versatile. These are probably the pair of pants I wear the most.
