I am currently working a 9-5 job, and I go to the gym. Meals can be tough. I need quick lunches and breakfast that are fast in the morning but hearty. I also loveeee snacks!

Breakfast

I try to meal prep breakfast to ensure an easy morning, but sometimes it does not always work like that, so here are some of my essentials.

This is such an easy breakfast. Plain bagels have 8-12g of protein on their own, which honestly is not that bad. I pop them in the toaster while I finish getting ready and viola, its done!

Lunch

For lunch, I pretty consistently bring a protein-packed adult lunchable. It is simple enough to pack in under 5 minutes, but I still get excited to eat it at work.
