How to Stay Hydrated
I struggle with drinking regular water to stay hydrated, so here are my tricks and tips for getting enough liquids in a day! If you purchase from any of my favorite links, I receive a small commission.

A few of the things I absolutely love to keep me drinking throughout the day.
Nuun Sport + Caffiene keeps me going and my favorite flavor is Cherry Limeade. This stuff makes you feel almost instantly alert!
I MUCH prefer bubbly water, but it's expensive. The SodaStream is what I have to make my own bubbly water at home and it is AMAZING! Definitely recommend.
Okay, it's not really water, but this makes my water taste really good! And no calories.
This is my favorite flavor of bubly and you can make your own at home, which is just great. Subtle flavor to make your water more exciting.
Grapefruit flavor is probably the most refreshing there is, apart from lemon. I like it better than lemon, though.
Anyone who knows me knows I can't resist cherry flavors. This one is nice and light and refreshing, but I won't tell if you want to add an extra squeeze.
Our water hasn't tested very well, so an undercounter filter has made all the difference. The spigot sits above the counter, so you just use regular water for washing up and filtered to drink or cook with.
I'm not a fan of plastic water bottles since they make the water taste funny. This stainless steel water bottle is perfect. I like the straw lid option, too.
I'm currently drinking this flavor. The water enhancer has caffeine in it, as well as B-vitamins, so it gives you a boost without the calories.
Another amazing flavor, without the caffeine.

I like to keep some extra bottles on hand for my SodaStream. My kids tend to grab them, so this way, I always have one to use.
