Pretty good. Still there after waking up from a hangover. Brush on the thinner side. On the pricey side.
Stay All Day ® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner
Very accessible. Something you can find at your local beauty supply. That cap may break off and cause it to dry up though. Luck of the draw there.

Excellent formula. Thin brush, A steady hand is mandatory. It will last, don't rub your eye though.
Eye Booster Waterproof Ultra-Fine Liquid Eyeliner | Blackest Black
This one will last a while. I've had a hard time getting it off. A few friends complained that it smudges (like how an old tattoo looks). Full disclosure I have dry skin, so oils can be playing a part here.

Even though Gel is in the name, I'd say the texture is relatively creamy. I use my pinkie and apply this to my bottom waterline. Very pigmented. be mindful of how much product your brush picks up.

Probably the cheapest one on this list. Me in the mirror: I love this eyeliner. it glides on so nicely, its pigmented, the color is cute-…..did it just break.

Get your sharpener ladies! They have a good line of neutral colors and is a very versatile pencil. Can be used for brows, eyes, or lips. As any other pencil eyeliner I used this on my waterline, but also have the rose nude for lip combos.

If you prefer powdered makeup and a more matte look then you can take any black eyeshadow and apply it as eyeliner with an angle brush. This is just the one I so happen to have and use sometimes.
