We didn't have this planned, so it was off the cuff. We just walked around, walked in and out of shops, and I think we stopped to get something to eat. It's so beautiful there. If I could, I'd go back and visit all the areas!

After Milan, we took the train to Venice. Venice is beautiful. Traveling to a hotel via water taxi was a first for me! It was quite an experience, that's for sure!

One of the sites we saw while in Venice was Doge's palace. I really enjoy seeing older buildings, and this one did not disappoint.

This is a walled town in Italy. We took a train from Florence to Pisa, and then from Pisa to here. We wound up renting bikes and riding bikes around. It Made for a fun day!

Visiting Pompeii was absolutely AMAZING!!!! We did a personal guided tour, which has it's plus and minuses. I would love to go back one day because we didn't get to see everything there. But I did learn a lot and it was so interesting.

Sorrento is just so beautiful! Here is where we mostly relaxed. Yes we did do a few things, but it was a so peaceful here. We took a boat to Capri, and then we took a bus up the Amalfi Coast to Ravello.

This is hands down one of my favorite experiences. You get on a small boat, have to lay down to enter the cave/grotto, but once you're inside, it's beautiful. And the men steering sing. What I wouldn't give to experience that again!

While studying abroad, I also saw Paris. There is so much to see and do in Paris, I defintely needed more time!
One of my absolute favorite places to visit while I was in Paris was The Lourve museum. Be prepared because you can spend an entire day there. I was there for 6 hours and didn't see everything. It was such a wonderful experience.

We went on a cruise that left out of Iceland - talk about a once in a lifetime experience!
This was my first time at a hot spring spa and it was amazing. It was refreshing with such pretty views. The 7 step ritual is fun, and this was all around just an amazing experience.

We stayed at this hotel when we stayed in Sorrento. It was BEAUTIFUL. The staff was amazing. They upgraded us and gave us champagne because it was our honeymoon. We had a small balcony. It was the best hotel of our trip!
