Of course, the muffins will never be exactly like a muffin and the protien water will never exactly be just flavored water. But these items are all tolerable and almost enjoyable. Please check them out and let me know what you think!

This isn't a meal replacement, but it is an AMAZING way to boost your daily protien intake. I always like to include some real lemon or lime juice to mine.

If you are smoothly person, these make for great smoothies as well.

The texture in these shakes is thin, more like a 2% milk consistency vs. the thick consistency of many other protien shakes. It is not chalky, it is light and tastes a lot like a milkshake. 

Combine this with a banana and a handful of peanuts (for some healthy fat) and you have a low cal meal replacement that will keep you full!

Add some ground pork/beef, a scoop or two of cottage cheese, and some pasta. You are in for a very high protien, delcious meal. **If you find the sauce a little too acidic (my wife did, I didn't) add a pinch of baking soda. It will be perfection.

My fave are the peanbut butter, most people I know like the choco chips best. I will say these do get into my slight “danger zone” in terms of texture, but actually goes great with a little glass of milk.

Do a taco bowl, and use these for the chips. They are very similar to doritos and you get SO MUCH protein. 

These chips are a little on the salty side, so don't over salt your meat if you do taco bowls!

Hear me out: I consider these getting about as close to gross protien products as possible, without being gross. I only eat the blueberry and choco chips. I use them for an evening treat, I add a little brown sugar to the blueberry and extra choco ch... 

Add a bit of extra protien using fairlife milk instead of water to make it.

Got a sweet tooth? This bread has an amazing texture and a hint of sweet. I add a tiny bit of kerrygold butter and an extra splash of cinnamon when I want to treat myself. However, it is good just toasted on its own!
