I went Vegan for health reasons, but I still like foods that taste like… well food. Here are some of my favorite Vegan products.

One of the hardest things about being Vegan is finding cheese that tastes and acts like cheese…. look no further. Violife has some terrific plant-based cheeses.
Kite Hill has some excellent plant-based products. This is among my favs.
Sometimes you just have to supplement.
Omega-3 is a great supplement, but generally comes from fish. This Omega comes from Algae Oil!

Good price on a Spirulina - helps lower cholesterol, blood pressure. Or so I am told. (not a doctor, please check with your health provider before starting any new supplements)
