As dance mom and a former dancer, I'm pretty versed in items that work and aren't just hyped bc of their name brand.
Hair
These are our favorite for blonde hair b/c once the hair is gelled and sprayed down it tends to look a little darker and these match perfect. True blonde hair nets look yellow. These last multiple wears and comes with holding pins, which is a plus!

This has been my go to hair spray for 30 years!
I like to use this hair spray instead of water or gel when brushing the hair into the ponytail. It stays wet long enough to style then when it’s dry it stays for hours. I finish the style with regular hairspray.
These are hands down my favorite hair pins. They have a tight hold so they don't slip out easily and they come in all hair colors.
We don’t use clips often but I always keep them in my bag bc a dance mama is always prepared lol. These clasp tight and match our dark blonde hair well. They also come in other colors including black and a blond taupe color.

Competition Bag
This is what I keep all my hair sprays, brushes, combs, etc. in bc there is nothing like digging through the bottomless pit of a dance duffle trying to find your hair tools for touch ups.
A caboodle is a must have for the dance life!
These are our go too hanging bags. The short kid length is perfect for costumes and the price point is the best.
