I absolutely prefer a bubble bath over the Epsom salt if I’m strictly taking a bath to overcome a migraine. The scent is just a lot more potent in the bubble bath than with Epsom salt

I’ve been told by a lot of people that McDonald fries and whatever soda of their choice has helped them fight a migraine. Something to do with the combination of sodium and caffeine. Sprite or Dr Pepper with fries is my usual go-to
