These are an absolute lifesaver for me! I don’t go on any car ride for over an hour without them. They even prevented me from getting sick on major rides at Disney World. HIGHLY recommend these!!
This is my go-to medicine for motion sickness. Especially for really long trips or trips I know I’m going to get really sick on. I get name brand because it’s what works the best too.
Dramamine All Day Less Drowsy, Motion Sickness Relief, Sensitive Stomach, 8 Count
Not my absolute favorite but it works if I can’t find Dramamine anywhere.
My absolute go-to while I was pregnant and could barely stand being in the car. Just the smell when open the tin was often enough for me. I still have a box on me if I’m struggling with nausea badly
Altoids Classic Peppermint Breath Mints Hard Candy - 1.76 oz Tin
Hear me out! When peppermint wouldn’t get the job done, these would help with my motion sickness and morning sickness both! Great for nausea
Preggie Pop Drops Morning Sickness Relief

Noise-canceling earbuds (or even headphones) are my absolute go-to when trying to avoid getting sick while in the car. The sound of the car is what gets me sick the most. I don’t go a road trip without them

Headphones for those that don’t like earbuds. Anything to drown out the road noise in the car
