My absolute go-to! We’re broke so we can’t afford name-brand Midol all the time. It’s what gets me through the worst days
Equate Multi-Symptom Menstrual Complete Caplets, 40 Count, Compare to Midol® Complete Active Ingredients
Midol is usually what most people think of when it comes to helping menstrual pain. It’s well-known for a good reason, because it actually works! (For most that is)
My sister-in-law actually recommended these to me. She said they have worked wonders for her! Especially great for those who are always on the go and can’t always rely on a heating pad.
This used to be my go-to before I finally bought a larger, plug-in one. However, these are still my go-to when I know I’m going to be traveling or going somewhere else for that day that I know I can heat it up at (babysitting, visiting family, etc). ...
Equate Reusable Hot or Cold Large Compress, 8"x12", 1 Count
One of the cheaper options that I currently use. It’s been super great for when my lower back starts hurting. If I’m cramping then I usually cuddle up with it where need it and relax for however long need it for.
Sunbeam Heating Pad with Controller and 3 Heat Settings, 12" x 15" Blue Frost, 1 Count
I want one of these so badly!! Here lately the back of my neck, center shoulder area and lower back (thanks to epidural) have been what’s bothering me the most. This would be absolutely perfect for me
RENPHO Electric Heating Pad for Back Pain, 24x33, Gray
I can agree with mostly all of these! It’s always great to at-least try different things to see what works best for you!
