If you haven’t tried this yet, you’re missing out. It is a tad pricey for instant coffee, about $11ish but worth it and you’re not spending several dollars a day. Mix this with a scoop of chocolate protein for him and he’s good to go!

This set is great to hold his fruits and snacks. The rectangular ones fit perfectly in the cooler backpack. Glass because they’re easy to clean and heat up.
