You need to start by buffing the shine from your natural nails! This allows the glue to stick

You can also use an e file to buff away the shine on your nails

You'll need to dehydrate your nails shortly before you apply your glue

Using things like cuticle oil will really help the health of your natural nails especially if you're like me and tend to change your press ons frequently
