Every brand claims their vitamin C serum is the one. I tried seven before landing on these, and the difference was that I could literally see fading in photos taken two weeks apart. Not subtle. Actual visible change.

Vitamin C alone wasn't enough until I added the right exfoliant. The trick was finding ones aggressive enough to turnover dead skin but gentle enough that I wasn't red and peeling at my desk.

Fading scars while keeping skin hydrated was a balancing act. Too heavy and I'd break out again, creating new scars. Too light and the actives dried me out. These hit the middle perfectly.

Nothing undoes scar-fading progress like skipping sunscreen. I learned this the hard way when a weekend at the park reversed two weeks of improvement. These are the ones I actually enjoy wearing, which is why I don't skip them.

Some scars faded fast with the routine above. Others just sat there stubbornly for months. These are the extra reinforcements I brought in for the marks that needed more persuading.
