Great place to enjoy a bite to eat and the views. If you're into golfing this is a nice course - so I'm told - but really I've only eaten at the Grille. Pleasant staff, consistently good meals.

Delicious pizza. There are 2 locations, one in the Village of Oak Creek off 179, the other in West Sedona off 89A. Both are consistently delisious. Try the Lemon pizza, it's so delicious.

In West Sedona stop in to grab a juice or avocado toast here at Local Juicery. If you're up for a cleanse their juice cleanses really are the best.

Now with multiple locations across Arizona, but I've been coming here since it was just the one off 89a in West Sedona. My absolute favorite acai bowl post hike is the Red Rock Bowl with PB drizzle added.

Trails

As you'll be able to tell, these are not your typical Instagram recommendations for trails. I prefer to stay away from the most popular trails as they're often overcrowded.

One of my favorite trails. It's moderate going up and you'll be rewarded with a 360 view of Sedona. Perfect any time of day, but magical at sunrise or set. And there's plenty of space to do a few yoga poses amongst the Red Rocks of Sedona.
