Books that I have read and fallen in love with over the years 📚👓
10/10 will most likely end up reading again. If you like a little bit of romance and enjoy the paranormal I would definitely pick this up ASAP. She has a sequel coming out for this soon too!
Phantasma (Wicked Games, #1) by Kaylie Smith | Goodreads
Sexy, thrilling, slightly violent stalker romance that I COULD NOT PUT DOWN 😍
That Sik Luv by Jescie Hall - Goodreads
I was so excited to read this ENTIRE series. Growing up in a Catholic household, I have a slight interest in the "struggling with my faith" books and these were an amazing read. Seeing every one of the brothers' points of view in each book was someth...
Priest Series by Sierra Simone - Goodreads
Honestly anything by Sierra Simone is going to be steamy and intriguing. I wasn't sure about this one at first but the way she writes is so descriptive and fluid that it feels like you're actually in the story itself. 8/10 would read it again
A Lesson in Thorns (Thornchapel, #1) - Goodreads
I'm OBSESSED. If you're into dragons, life & death, wartime fantasies with a little bit of a sexy sizzle, then this is for you. It's a very slow burn but totally worth it.
Fourth Wing
I read this one in high-school and loved it so much that I purchased a signed copy as an adult and occasionally re-read like I rewatch my favorite TV series.
Thirteen Reasons Why
Another high-school read that sucked me in, chewed me up, and spit me out. As a big sister it broke my heart, as a mom it still does but it's so worth the emotional roller coaster
Room (novel)
Dark, twisted, and shocking. Oldie but a goodie
Flowers in the Attic
I'm a huge horror fan and this classic is just the right amount of creepy and "what the hell is going on?" Which I guess is what makes it such a classic
The Amityville Horror
If you're just getting back into reading and can't commit to anything huge, I'd recommend starting here. It's only 259 pages and perfect if you're a busy individual. Also, if you like dark romance (or just getting your toes wet) and modern dystopia ...
Never Broken (The Unchained) by Claire, Everly
EXCELLENT plot twist style book! If you have an interest in psychological mystery I would go and pick this book up immediately. The ending was jaw-dropping and something I didn't see coming
The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides | Goodreads
All I have to say is the lack of sleep was totally worth the ending. Freida definitely knows how to write a good psychological mystery. Remember to always keep your triggers in mind when reading, though 😊
