Written by a WWII survivor, this book is both historical non-fiction and an absolute testament of faith that will stick with you well after you've turned the last page.

This one is for all the people pleasers! A great month-long devotional that challenges you and sticks with you.

The Bible Code: Finding Jesus in Every Book
One of my personal favorites on the list and timely based on the culture we live in today. You are what you tolerate and this book digs deep into what it means to be true to scripture in a world that seems to often go against it.
The Daniel Code: Living Out Truth (Code Series)
Such a good read! Loved discussing this one with our Bible study group.
God Does His Best Work with Empty
Written by a mom and wife who is living a comfortable life in Africa when circumstances bring her family back to America. Great for a women's Bible study group and a catalyst for great discussions around worry and fear. Great on Kindle!
Safe All Along: Trading Fears for God's Peace
The title pretty much says it all! Written by Michael Youssef this one is filled with with insight into reading the Bible for deeper understanding.
How to Read the Bible (as If Your Life Depends)
An absolutely moving story about complete faith in God's timing and plan for our lives. I've had the pleasure of attending an event where the author spoke and she is truly inspiring.
Hope Heals: True Story of Loss & Love
I'm just getting started on this one, but it's great for Bible Study groups because the author has included study questions at the end of each summary. Also included are memory verses and summaries for each chapter.
From Garden to Glory: Understanding God’s Story
If you're looking for a great gift for a Christian friend (or yourself!) this is the one. The author provides a Bible reading assignment for each day in chronological order and then provides a recap to give more insight. Chef's kiss!
The Bible Recap: One-Year Bible Guide
A how-to guide for spiritual conversations. Great for the timid person who doesn't believe they are equipped to share Jesus with others.
God Space (Revised Edition): Spiritual Talks
I personally found this book extremely helpful. It's everything you probably heard in therapy, but backed up Biblically so you can ditch the guilt about being a 'bad person' and set healthy boundaries.
Boundaries Updated: When to Say Yes or No
It's easy to get caught up in keeping up with the Jones', but this month long devotional urges you to seek contentment in Jesus. Great for personal study or group discussion.
Contentment: Seeing God's Goodness Devotional
My favorite study Bible! This is a large book so it's not one I leave the house with, but it's great for digging deeper and gaining more insight as you study the word.
ESV Study Bible
Not exactly a book, but these are my favorite highlighters for my Bible. They are more like a crayon and don't bleed through the thin pages.
