I've personally used all of these items pre and post birth. You don't need as much as people think. ,ost of the time the hospital will have most everything you need. It is nice to have some essentials just in case.
I've not only used these postpartum, but in pregnancy as well. The are very useful to have to soothe pains if you've had tears. Also helps with hemmroids if you've had these while pregnant or even got them while pushing!

If you plan on breastfeeding, i recommend getting something for your nipples. It can be pretty painful in the first few weeks. This balm is my go to for cracked and painful nipples. It's not overly greasy and doesn't leave residue on your clothes.

Here are some my of the clothing items i wore all three time after my c-sections. I wanted something that was loose so it wasn't sitting on my incision. Also, some newborn clothing options that I have used. You don't need as much as you'd think.
These are my go to nursing bras. They are also pump friendly. They will give you enough support as your breast change from your milk coming in. They are not tight to restrict though. They come in a bunch of different styles and colors.
