South suburban places for kids
These places are on south side of Chicago or in the south suburbs of Chicago.
I love taking all 3 of my kids here. They have sections for crawlers and new walkers that are divided away from the bigger kids with soft play items for every age. Arcade games for the older ones and plenty of food options and obstacles courses. Goin...
Indoor Playground | My Kidzplay | United States
This place is a lot of fun and bigger than what I thought the first time I went. My toddlers loved playing in all the different sections that help expand their development and critical thinking skills and the cafe had great food options
Playroom Cafe Social
Such a great place to give your kid an opportunity to explore culture and expand their little minds. It’s so many areas to build and play… lots of music and drawing from astronauts to jungle gyms you won’t be disappointed
KidsWork Children's Museum
This place is great with lots to do and a shallow pool for the small kiddos and lots of lifeguards and a concession stand.
Centennial Aquatic Center & Splash Pad
Thee perfect place for all kid but especially kids 6 and under. And the best part is the adults are free. Prices are reasonable and it’s so much fun
Pirates' Cove Children's Theme Park
So much fun with lots of space cheaper for Alsip residents but affordable prices nonetheless for food as well. The aquatic park has great customer service and always do great with clean bathrooms
AQUATIC PARK
Chi-Town Fun Town
Right in the good ole chi town. Here are some fun places you can go to if you live in Chicago or Chicago isn’t to far from you. If you are a resident you may qualify for a discount as well
The indoor aquatic park is so much and affordable. They are open different hours on a daily basis but open all year around. Great for kids to explore and other things to do such as a reading center and a summer camp and workout facility
The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center Chicago
This place is alot of fun for the kiddos lots to climb and play and just explore with water and blocks and books and drawing your kids won’t get bored. Located in Skokie a Chicago northern suburb.
Exploritorium
This is definitely one of my favorite kid museums in the city of Chicago with a close second being the science and industry museum. So much for the toddlers and older kids to do and affordable with free days and discount days all year around
