Let me tell you, I have extreme headaches or I honestly twist my body in some way shape or form and mess my body up for a cool minute. I swear, your body will appreciate the care after you get hurt, shoot I know my body does. I also have Asthma, if you need help or have panic attacks, I use Mypurmist. One hell of a lifesaver, trust me. Great for travel too.
