Love this scale. She’s classy and functional. Scales usually have an odd shape which can be inconvenient for storage. This one is slim and lightweight. It also has a hole on the backside if you wish to hang it which why wouldn’t you. She’s beautiful!

Perfect jar for your starter. Nice wide mouth and the lid has a great seal. I can store enough starter for 3 loaves (300g). If you’re hoping to back more than that in a day you’ll need one with a larger capacity.
