These are my go to shorts to workout in and pole dance. They have the perfect amount of compression and stretch. I love that they come in several colors but honestly I love the black pair the most.

This is a pole wear brand that I love! I had some grippy leggings from them that made it to where I could wear leggings on a stainless steel pole and not slip off.

Knee pads are super helpful when you are doing floor work but they can make it hard to grip on the pole. So having knee pads with open backs and grip on them is a must.

Run your local supermarket and get some rubbing alcohol to put in a spray bottle because your hands are going to sweat and this helps dry them out so you can get a better grip on the pole.

I always use rubbing alcohol and a microfiber towel to clean the pole before and after use

Making sure to stretch before dancing is a must and I love to use a yoga block when I stretch.

Circle Exercise Bands
When you are trying to strengthen your core and legs. Ankle weights are great to add to your pole training. Then when you take them off you feel like you are flying.

Sometimes I prefer i tac over dry hands for pole grip. I like itac when it’s cold and I can’t grip. I like dry hands when I’m overly sweaty, both are good to keep in your pole gym bag.
