These are the Loops I use in loud environments like restaurants to help me filter out some of the background noise. I’ve also tried hearing aids, but I found those amplified everything and weren’t very helpful in noisy situations.

These headphones help me hear the TV at night when my husband is sleeping. Without them, I'd need the volume up so loud to hear.
