First of all, the color of the ones pictured are SICK. Secondly a great running shoe is essential for a good run. I have noticed a HUGE difference between a regular sneaker to run in verses an actually built for running sneaker.
I know slip on vans are not technically a sneaker but my favorite shoe ever are slip on vans. Also this color is perfect for summer.
