Equipment
We have a compost bin started but will need a turner to help it break down to be used in the soil. This one is currently on sale!
This is great for the yard clean up. The extra leaves and the grass clippings can go in here to be added to any food scraps. You will have the best soil in the neighborhood.
These are needed to get the seeds started, then once ready you can transplant them into your garden.
This would be used to keep any unwanted guests out of your fresh produce or flowers. Also I believe that strawberries do better in a raised garden bed.

Soil
I would say keep it as organic as possible, including the extra gardening soil you may need if your compost is not ready yet.

The essentials for any great beverage or homemade sauce. I swear there is no better smell than fresh basil.
We had a HUGE abundance of cherry tomatoes. There were like fool proof so perfect if you are new to the gardening life.

There are also options of already growing plants. We got all of our at Tractor Supply.
Imagine this, fresh romaine with homegrown tomatoes, sweet peppers, and herbs from your very own garden. Best salad ever.
