As a working mom on a hybrid schedule (3 days at home, 2 days in office), I need a streamlined makeup routine that’s not too much but makes me look and feel put together and polished, whether I’m dropping off at daycare, sitting in my cubicle, or tak...

Light but full coverage enough to make you look good on those Zoom calls (or in person).
ELF Camo CC Cream
I love using this to boost the color of my CC cream or foundation in the summer instead of buying a whole new bottle.
Indeed Labs Nanobronzing Drops with Cacao Extract
Works great to create a clean base in the morning or wash the day off. As a 40-year old who wears minimal makeup, this takes it all off without stripping my skin.
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel Cleanser for Oily Skin
SO pigmented! A tiny bit goes a long way. Great colors and color pay off, so you look awake and alive even through your laptop camera.
ELF Putty Blush
A nice light face lotion with built in SPF. Creates a nice base for the rest of your makeup and acts as a moisturizer as well as SPF so you can run errands on your lunch break!
La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer UV
A perfect amount of coverage for your online meetings so you can feel confident being “camera-on”. I love it as a 40 year old tired mom with somewhat oily skin (that still gets pimples 😭).
Covergirl Clean Matte BB Cream for Oily Skin
Eyes
You can’t beat the price point on the Essence products. They’re cult faves for a reason. I swipe this on first and top with their False Lash Effect mascara. This and some CC cream is all i need to feel ok on camera for meetings.
Essence Lash Princess Mascara Primer Extra Length and Volume
Why buy $20 mascara? You can get this for $5 at the drug store when you pick up your prescriptions, and it looks great. I recommend layering with the primer for lashes you can see through the laptop on your Zoom meetings.
Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara
Lasts forever, easy to use, a great price point and easy to find at any big box or pharmacy store. I use this to fill in any sparse areas so it looks like I have eyebrows when I’m on camera for meetings.
Covergirl Clean Fresh Brow Filler Pomade
Lips
A great dupe for the Clinique Black Honey, at a much better price point. Gives you just a little bit of color so you look put together for your Zoom meetings.
ELF Sheer Slick Lipstick
Super comfy, just a slight amount of color, so you don’t have to get up and run to the bathroom for a touchup between calls. You can just swipe on and go.
Nyx Fat Oil Lip Drip Vegan Lip Oil
These are so worth the hype! They’re super comfortable and give the most gorgeous, buildable, blurry hit of color
Nyx Smushy Matte Lip Balm
These leave the most gorgeous long-lasting stain. I like to put it on first, do the rest of my makeup, and then blot so I’m left with just a bit of color on my lips for the rest of the morning
