Clothes
You will be sweaty, you will be moving and running and jumping, so here are my favorites that stay in place and hold up wash after wash.
These stay up great for me and I love the pockets, but if you’re someone who really struggles with your pants moving/rolling on you, these also have the added security of a tie at the waist.
Athleta Women’s Salutation Stash High Rise Capri
Some of my favorites! As a thick-hugged midsize gal, I find these stay put through tread, squats, and more, and I love the fun prints (that’s me in the first pic!)
A classic that can’t be beat for price and hold-up-ability! That’s me in the first pic in a pair that’s over 5 years old. They still fit great, look great, and are one of the cheapest pairs in my closet.
High-Waisted PowerSoft Crop Pocket Leggings | Old Navy
I love these matching bras with the leggings. The butterfly straps style is my favorite.
Gym Bras | Workout Sport Bras
These are SO comfortable and have the most wonderful, thick chest band. So flattering and come in several styles and colors, they also hold up wash after wash.
Sports Bras — Girlfriend Collective
As a member of the thick thigh club, these are the only shorts that work for me and stay in place. Bonus: you can wear them as athleisure for your princess Di moment.
Elation Ultra High Rise 9" Short
Gear
From the floor to the tread to the rower, here’s what keeps me comfortable and blister free.
I love these for floor days; they’re flat enough for the floor but can also take some time on the tread. I love the wide toe box for comfort and stability.
Women's Escalante Racer Road Racing Shoe
These are my favorite for Orange 60 classes. Comfy enough for time on the treadmill but also stable enough for the floor.
Escalante 4 Women's Road Running Shoe
I primarily use these for Tread 50 days (and outdoor runs). Cushiony, stable, and come in wide (what I get!).
Ghost 15 - Women's road-running shoes
I love this small bag for carrying my gear to and from class as someone who doesn’t shower at the studio. A perfect amount of room with a dedicated shoe pouch for my over clothes in the winter, towel, water bottle, etc.
Nike Brasilia 9.5 Training Duffel Bag (Extra-Small, 25L)
I am a sweaty gal, so I need one every day. I got a two pack of these quick dry towels and LOVE them. Super absorbent, hold up fantastically to washing, and a great price point.
Acteon Quick Dry Microfiber Gym Towel 4 Pack
The best water bottle for all things. Mine is covered in all my challenge stickers!
FreeSip® Water Bottle
I love this fun heart rate band replacement! The price is unmatched, shipping was super quick, the seller was lovely, and I love the frenchie flair (she has a TON of styles and options for everyone).
Paws , Pets, Paris and Pineapples
Nutrition
Protein protein and more protein, with a side of hydration and carbs for energy!
I take this before every class to help keep my protein intake up.
An absolute must-have for 6:15 am classes 🫠 (I take mine together with my creatine before I head to class). Make sure to follow instructions, especially if you’re sensitive to caffeine!
High Energy Pre-Workout
I drink these after class or at some point in the day if I find myself feeling tired or thirsty. I’ve found it helpful to just make it part of my routine to drink it right after class.
Nuun Sport Hydration
I mix these into my coffee post workout in the morning to help meet my protein goals; DONT mix it into tea unless you want it to taste like beef broth 😂 But coffee fully masks the flavor perfectly.
The ABSOLUTE best protein bar. They taste like marshmallows. I love every flavor I’ve tried and usually eat one every day as part of my protein intake goal.
