A must try here in Colorado Springs! This little French spot will not disappoint with all the pastries, cakes, and coffee. Recommend: grilled cheese, mochi donuts, milk bread, sausage pastry.

Cutest pink coffee and bakery you will find off Academy and Dublin. I am addicted to their sugar free Lotus Energizers, KB has so many flavors available and I never knew there was a plant based caffeine! It’s a must to visit!

Best Organic Toast & Juices here in the Springs! I truly recommend the Spicy Crab Toast and the Smoked Salmon Toast. These will truly fill you up and the ingredients are so organic and fresh!

Nice little breakfast spot off Academy & Shrider Rd in Colorado Springs. It’s not a large spot so come early! Food and service is great, I highly recommend the french toast! Hope you get to check it out!
