Here are a few of my favs. I only do the basics haha let's not get ahead of ourselves here :) but I do enjoy some yoga :)
Exercise Besties
I honestly do find exercise helps my Mental Health. Some is better then none :)
I like the basic of the basic exercise and this would be another, especially when you can buy them with different resistance levels :)
I have neck troubles and with the help of a professional and some light exercise at home I can try to keep it a bae :)
If you haven't tried Yoga with Kass then you should. I love do sessions with her, she is very calming :)
I love walking, and sometimes on a flat surface a little extra ankle weight can amp up those steps more :)
So the other year I was going to do all this exercising home and I was going to start the pilates and wall pilates and what not. This thing is great but again I don't have enough hours in the day to stay consistent and I tried to be that 5a.m. person...
I'm gonna be honest I do use this from time to time but I swear Jaxon used it way more for sensory. He loves it :)
Long gone are the days of Stanley's around here, we have moved on to these tumblers and are lover them... Alot harder to spill anything in these :)
I don't live in a big house and I don't have much from for anything really, but this folds down and I can put it away therefore a win for me lol With a child with Autism I have to do as much as I can from home :)
I don't own this but my daughter do, and I use it from time to time but It can do the peach good if your consistent like my daughter not me :)
Ok not gonna lie I got scammed on tiktok for one of these. Ordered and never ever received it, so after i got over being sad and then being mad I ordered this one and I wasn't disappointed :)
I love Yoga with Kass, myself and my friend Brittany do it together. We'll play her at the same time from each of our house's and have Yoga together. She is by far the best one I have followed yet :)
I love wall Pilates, I have a bad neck and shoulder and this really helps take some of the pressure off those areas that use to stop my from working out because I hurt to bad, but with the wall pilates, it takes alot of that away :)
What a app for helping you keep on track and meal plans. I'm trying hard to stay some what in shape but I will be honest it isn't happening everyday because I'm super busy. No excuse I know but when you have a program like this it helps keep you acco...
Maybe one of these days I could be a affiliate for them, but I seen one of the ladies I follow taking it and I wanted to try and I'm telling you this and the Total OMG!
My Comfort Besties
Here are few more of the things I find comfort in when feeling blue, I hope you like them too :)
Do you own a weighted blanket? If you do, do you feel like its a big bear hug? Yeah me too :) And if you don't have one and have anxiety I highly suggest getting one. They are awesome :) And super warm too!
I'm froze all the time, winter, summer it don't matter, but coming and climbing under a nice warm heated blanket is the best :)
I absolutely love having a nice smell going around the house, right fresh and up lifting. But when my anxiety is going off I like a nice Lavender to calm to room and me :)
This smells sooooo good :) Beautiful scent to relax too :)
I love all the smells in this set, there are a lot of staple scents. This is the perfect starter kit if your just starting to use Essential Oils :)
