Mental Health Besties
I will be the first to admit i never use to read, but as I've gotten older I find some solitude in reading :) Here are a few of my favs :)
If you haven't read or listened to this book then I highly highly suggest it. What a eye opener about your subconscious and conscious behaviours. Amazing Book :)
If you need a hype man then I suggest you start listening to this guy, amps me right up and gets me going :)
Another powerful speaker and hype man. I'm telling ya if your feeling down, go to google and start listening to some of these people, they are phenomenal :)

Colouring Bestie's
Colouring was one of my favourite thing to do as a kid in the 80's lol We didn't have the option they do now a days :)

I don't know about you, but I love colouring and loved colouring as a kid. I would always outline with a marker and then shade in with a pencil crayons for some depth, even won the colouring contest at the circus when it came I was about 9 I'd say :)
This is a fun colouring book, I really enjoyed the pictures inside :) I don't colour as much anymore. I've become addicted to sharing my fav's with my bestie's :)
This one has some pretty neat patterns in it, you get lost in them sometimes hahaha
I think this ended up being in the top 2, for a couple reasons... I loved the coil for flipping pages easy, and I have glasses and can't see that great so the larger print for sure helped lol some of the others are hard to see when you can't see haha...
I love these because they are dual, great at minimizing the amount of markers laying around. But honestly we love coloured markers and pens, myself and both my girls. There are a lot of different types of markers and pens here. Too much to post them ...
Journal Bestie's
Journaling is extremely important to get those thoughts out of our heads living rent free and on paper where it belongs :)
I love this self help journal, I love all the little extra's, the stickers.. Love it all :)

Me and my girls share these and the give them to their friends... Stuck all over Jae-Ana's room. I'm the only one with them stuck in my journal and planner :)
