I love using this plant based protein powder after my workout alone or in a smoothie. It tastes great and is does not taste chalky like other plant based protein powders I have tried.

It is really hard to find a plant based protein that tastes good. I do have a powdered one I use, but I love these OWYN drinks when I am on the go and need something before or after a workout. They actually taste good and are good for you.
