When I first started, I grabbed a deck that assumed I already knew what a body scan was. Spoiler: I did not. These are the ones that actually explain what to do without making you feel dumb.

My therapist told me to ‘just breathe’ and I almost threw a pillow. These cards actually give you something specific to DO with that breath, which made all the difference.

Journaling never stuck because blank pages stressed me out. These give you the prompt already written, so all you have to do is sit with it for a minute. Lowered the barrier enough that I actually kept going.

Lost my first favorite deck in the bottom of a tote bag. Cards bent, corners dinged, one stuck to a melted lip balm. Never again. These keep everything protected and accessible.
