I LOVE wearing makeup, but what I don’t love is spending an arm and a leg for it! I’ve tried lots of makeup that you can find at your local drug store that work great!
Has the weight of a serum but the coverage of a regular foundation. Makes the skin look SO natural but neutralizes the redness!
True Match Hyaluronic Tinted Serum - L'Oréal Paris
If I know I’m going to need my makeup to last all day, this is the perfect primer. Not only does it take care of your skin, it really GLUES your makeup to your face!
e.l.f. Power Grip Face Primer
If you want sculpted brows with the least amount of work possible, this is the perfect option. It’s tinted so it will fill in any gaps, and the gel will really stick those brows in place!

The best toner to wear under your makeup HANDS DOWN. You skin will be SO glowy and smooth and hydrated. This toner flies off the shelves so quick so you KNOW it’s good!
Hydrating Milky Toner - BYOMA
I wear this mascara and I get asked if I’m wearing fake lashes. Not kidding. The volume this adds to my lashes is insane!
Voluminous Original Washable Bold Eye Mascara - L'Oreal Paris
My go to primer when I’m wearing minimum makeup! It is tacky but not as tacky as the elf power grip so it’s perfect for soft/ light makeup looks
Face Glue Gripping Makeup Primer - NYX Cosmetics
You can’t go wrong with this tinted lip oil. Superior hydration with a touch of color. I wear this almost every day, even if I’m not wearing any other makeup!
Glow Reviver Tinted Lip Oil | e.l.f. Cosmetics
The best drug store bronzer hands down. The perfect item to give your skin more color (especially if you’re super pale like me lol)
Bronzer - Face - Physicians Formula
Now I know what you’re gonna say: this is NOT drugstore! But I’m going to let you in on a little secret: this concealer is nearly always on sale on TikTok shop making it close to, if not cheaper than drugstore prices. The best concealer that does not...
I won’t lie, contour was very hard for me to master when I first started using it. But elf makes it SO easy with this contour stick! There’s hardly any work to it: apply a couple dots where you need them and it blends out seamlessly!
Halo Glow Contour Beauty Wand - e.l.f. Cosmetics
Your makeup isn’t going anywhere with this setting spray. Chefs kiss! And it doesn’t smell funky like a lot of other setting sprays do!
Make It Last Original - Natural Finish Setting Spray - Milani Cosmetics
This blush blends out SO easy and provides the best pop of color! I’m very pale so I need add blush so that I don’t look washed out. And this one by far looks the best!
Buttermelt High-Pigment Blush | NYX Professional Makeup
This blush is so pigmented and easy to blend! General rule of thumb is to have a liquid blush and then set with a powder blush. This liquid blush is definitely my number one!
Camo Liquid Blush | e.l.f. Cosmetics
I feel like highlighter has kinda fallen out of trend over the last few years. But I DONT CARE. I want my cheeks to glow like a disco ball. And this one is fabulous!
MegaGlo™ Highlighting Powder – wet n wild Beauty
If you need makeup brushes, just stick with our friend elf. They have so many affordable sets that will do the job!
Makeup Brush Sets - e.l.f. Cosmetics
Another GREAT lip option if you’re not feeling the elf lip oil. These ones are a bit more pigmented and still feel so soft and hydrating!
Butter Gloss Non-Sticky Lip Gloss | NYX Professional Makeup
Never fails to get me that sharp wing! My only complaint is I feel like it dries up a little too fast but I have yet to find a liquid eyeliner that lasts super long anyway
Eyeliner – wet n wild Beauty
Setting your foundation will help prevent creasing and will blur your pores. This powder is a GREAT option! But let’s be honest, does elf ever fail us?
Halo Glow Loose Setting Powder | e.l.f. Cosmetics
This is a GREAT option if you don’t want to wear makeup but want to even out your complexion with a little glow. I’ve seen some people wear this under their foundation as well but I’m not a huge fan of that
