My very first step of my hair routine. Normally I spray it around my whole head.

My third step. I only put a little bit in my hand when I do it because it really foams up but it also depends on how much hair you have.

My fourth step. Again I say you only really need a small amount and make sure before you put it in your hair you rub the product in your and it should be a little sudsy. Also make sure your hair is soaking wet when you are doing this routine.

My last step. I normally put the hair oil in my hair once I am done with everything else. Normally I shower at night so then I do my routine and I sleep with French braids in and then in the morning I take them out and put the oil in.
