Grampa's weeder is the go-to tool for me to pluck those weeds right out.  Long-handle so less bending and is a great tool to grab weeds in the yard too!

I have several sizes of cans.  Some have sprinklers and some are gooseneck.  This is a must have especially if you have potted plants, or plants that do not like a general watering on their leaves.

Any composted manure will do, but Black Kow is a favorite.  Mix this in with soil for a rich nutrient base that will feed plants for a long time.
