Pets Are Family Too
I have had dogs, big dogs, my entire life. I currently have 2 Shiloh Shepherds - 123lb and 139lb! I also have a couple rabbits at home that I somehow haven't let them get eaten ;). Enjoy some tips I've found to help keep you sane managing big pets.
My shepherd has no clue how to drink from a water bowl! She drinks and turns around and water just drains out of her as she walks out of the kitchen. Yuck! This bowl is amazing and helps her only take what she needs and absorb the rest back. Helps to have the mat underneath as well.
Best type of mat under your pet's water bowl. Soaks it up and keeps the area clean.
Does your dog have fleas? It's not a fun thing to experience and to get rid of. Are they on prescription treatment? CapStar is over the counter and an option to kill off the active fleas while the prescription flea med works.
I CANNOT recommend this enough!! Do you have big, fluffy and extra dogs? Any pet really? I stumbled across this in a random store and it is perfect for my two shiloh shepherds. They both are always itchy, one has a skin condition and this is their favorite part of the day to be itched by this bear claw. It's super durable and a hefty scratcher!
This harness is durable and fits amazing. It's the best harness that I have found to help with pulling. You can attach the leash to the chest or on the back. I have 135lb dog that we had to use the largest size and it fits fine. Fun colors!

When you have more than one small pet like I have the 2 rabbits, it's geat to have a larger water bottle. I actually have 2 of these stationed throughout our rabbit area.
Do you have ball fanatic pets? Do they ruin tennis balls at each outing so you constantly have to replace them? Never hurts to get a bulk order of tennis balls to have around!
