You could always also pick up a gaming headset like this to that you have headphones and a mic all in one package.

Find a nice comfy chair as you might be in it for hours a day. Do not cheap out on this part!

Find yourself a desk that has all the real estate that you could need. If you get a decent desk now, your setup can get bigger and you will still have plenty of room.

Rather than having multiple monitors sit on the desk, mount them to something like this and free up space.
